Dog Policy
DUE TO WAIKATO DISTRICT COUNCIL BY LAWS, DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON SITE. Certified disability assist dogs are permitted on site, please advise when booking if you have a service dog with you.
Waste and Recycling
Join us and the rest of Raglan, working towards zero waste! Please visit our recycling stations to dispose of your rubbish sustainably.
Visitors
If you would like to bring a friend to visit, please ask your visitor to kindly check in to reception so we can give them directions and keep track of who is onsite.
Lost property
Oh dear! If you forgot something at the park, our Reception team will hold onto it for a short while. After this time, it is donated to charity.
Behaviour & Conduct
Quiet time in the park is from 10pm – 7am. Excessive drinking and parties are prohibited. Objectionable behaviour or excessive noise could result in you being asked to leave the park without a refund. Children must be supervised by a parent at all times.
Facilities and Services
At Raglan Holiday Park we offer everything you need to make your visit enjoyable & memorable.

BBQ Area
We have electric BBQs located throughout the park. Free for campers to use… just push the button and you are away. BBQ your Raglan fishing day’s catch for your dinner and serve with a scrumptious green salad, maybe use some of the fresh produce from the camp communal garden by the main block.

Cooking Facilities
We have two communal kitchens with everything you will need to create your next culinary masterpiece – gas stoves, conventional ovens for baking, roasting or grilling plus microwave ovens. All you need to bring is your cooking equipment (pots and pans, cutlery, plates etc).

Hot Showers
Our sparkling clean, bright and light shower blocks are conveniently located in both the main facilities block and at the Papahua complex.

Games - Pool - TV
Relax after a hard day’s surfing, fishing or sunbathing in Raglan and blob-out on a couch. Or challenge your friends or family to a table tennis or pool tournament. Bring along a pack of cards, board game or book to while away an evening or wet day … if you’re unlucky enough to get one.

Laundry
With our token operated washing machines, keeping on top of your laundry is a breeze. Tokens and washing powder are both available from the office.

Free WiFi
You might be on holiday, but we understand the need to stay connected sometimes!

Playground
Kids just go crazy climbing, sliding and swinging on the playground, located opposite the office at the front gate. Kids LOVE to hang out here.

Jumping Pillow
Boing! Our large colourful jumping pillow will keep children of all ages entertained. Adult supervision is required at all times

Movie Nights
During the busy period we often have movie nights (weather permitting) down by the stage behind mainblock. Bring a blanket or chair and settle in for a family movie. Movies are announced over the loud speaker daily.

Looking for an epic surf session on the wild west coast? Raglan Surf School offer surf lessons for beginners and also rent out boards. You can find them at Ngarunui beach car park.

Waireinga / Bridal Veil Falls walk
The Wairēinga/Bridal Veil Falls walk is a quick 10-minute journey through native bush along the Pakoka River, leading to two platforms offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities of the striking falls amidst grey rock and green foliage.

Raglan Golf Club
With stunning views of Raglan harbour and township in the distance, this scenic 18-hole country course has much to offer. Featuring grazed fairways and fenced greens your main obstacle will be the green keeping sheep.

Fishing
Raglan fishing gives you all of the options – head out for a day’s fishing, drop a line off your dingy, surf cast off the beach or harbour mouth at Rangipu, or pop across the walk bridge and fish off the jetty at the Raglan township.

Raglan Community Playground
A huge playground with loads of activities will keep the kids busy for hours. Located on the beach near our Raglan accommodation below the walk bridge, this is also a popular swimming spot in summer.

Raglan Skate Park
Raglan’s skate park is rad! Right beside the beach on the town side of the Raglan Holiday Park – you won’t miss it. Relive those Californian glory days of the 70’s with the cool Dogtown* style skate bowl.
