Receptionist – Casual
Who are we looking for:
We have an exciting opportunity for two casual Receptionists to join our team! We are looking for superstars who have incredible customer service skills and a willingness to help with anything that needs doing.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for reception duties, including checking guests in and out as well as managing phone and online bookings. You’ll assist with administrative duties, liaise with guests around queries and resolve minor issues whenever possible.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of the Raglan Holiday Park, providing an effective and efficient administrative and reception service.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role or in the tourism industry, great computer skills (especially across the Microsoft Office Suite) and excellent communication skills. This position requires strong communication skills with the ability to work flexibly over seasonal periods.
