Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy Peak Season (13 Dec 2025 – 8 Feb 2026) & Public Holiday Weekends
- 50% deposit at time of booking; balance due 10 days before arrival
- Reduction in number of nights or number of occupants must be made with 10 days of arrival
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: No refund
- Cancellations more than 7 days of arrival: $20 admin fee
Special Events Weekend
